Introducing the M34 F7 Semi Skeleton series, Orient Star unveils three distinct models inspired by the meteor shower phenomenon in the Perseus star cluster, abbreviated as M34. Renowned for its dynamic auroras, these watches showcase a strong, sharp case design, reflecting the cluster's celestial significance. Deeply rooted in space and the natural world, Orient Star, committed to advancing technology, design, and quality, presents these "shining star" timepieces. The M34 F7 Semi Skeleton draws inspiration from the mesmerizing aurora: the curtain of colorful light floating in the night sky. The mother-of-pearl dial with gradation, available in three colors—blue, green, and charcoal grey—captures the shifting shades of the aurora. The sapphire crystal, featuring super anti-reflective (SAR) coating on both sides, ensures a clear view of the strong lines and dynamic hues of the dial. The powerful case design, characterized by a 40.0mm stainless steel case with water resistance up to 10 bar (100m), is beautifully enhanced by the contrast of delicate hairline and mirror finishes achieved through Sallaz polishing. The M34 F7 Semi Skeleton is driven by the automatic (with hand winding) in-house calibre F7F44, providing high accuracy of +15 seconds to –5 seconds per day and a generous power reserve of 50 hours. The movement, adorned with Geneva stripes and chamfer finish, is visible through the see-through sapphire crystal case back, offering a captivating view into the heart of this celestial timepiece. Notably, the charcoal grey model, a special 20th-anniversary edition limited to 500 pieces, comes with a metal bracelet and an exchangeable calf leather strap certified by the Leather Working Group. This edition marks a milestone in the Semi Skeleton series, celebrating two decades of excellence in watchmaking.
