Postal address
Please double check your postal address before placing order. We are not responsible for missing parcel in case of providing wrong address or changing address after placing order. It is your responsibility to contact the courier or post office to redirect the parcel and pay for the cost of redirection. If the parcel returns to sender because of wrong address, changing address or unclaimed parcel we will charge a return postage $16.  
 
Delivery Option selected

If you do not provide us with authority to leave the product at your nominated address and no one is available to accept delivery, or we are unable to find a safe place to leave the product, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method. This may include re-delivery or collection from your local post office or courier depot. Note: If Re-delivery requested, freight may be applied)
You acknowledge and agree that any person at your nominated address who accepts the delivery from us, is authorised to do so. We (or our courier) may require the person who accepting delivery to provide proof of identity and proof of age.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to a product after delivery has been made or for loss or damage caused after good delivered to your nominated address.
We only delivery or post to any valid address where a product is ordered through our website.
 
Delivery / Post/Ship
We use various courier companies depending on your location, type of item and cost. When you place an order, if you choose the delivery option you will be charged a flat rate delivery fee. However, if the cost of delivery to your postal address significantly exceeds the delivery fee (for instance because you are in a remote area or have placed a special order for large or heavy products), we may contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. This may include cancelling or modifying your order.
 
Return and Refund
All return for a refund or replacement, you will need to present a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.
For any reason of return for a refund or replacement after purchase. You must return your product within 30 days of receiving it. However, after 30 days, all purchases deemed to be satisfactory, and no returns will be accepted.
All clearance parts are considered final sale and are non-returnable, including Change of mind, Order by mistake, Doesn't fit. Once purchased, these parts cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Our 30 days return policy will not include any specially ordered products (Unless the product is not fit for the purpose or faulty)
 
SHIPPING for returns?
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for whatever reasons including changing of mind, ordering wrong part or warranty claims.
We will be responsible for return shipping cost ONLY if we pack and send incorrect item as per your order.
All shipping costs/Freights are subject to a non-refundable.
 
CREDIT for returns?
Refund for a return product is normally process and credit within 3 to 5 Business days of receiving item or assessment completed.
The refund is for the cost of the product purchased only and does not cover any freight/postage/shipping costs.
Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to your credit / debit card or PayPal account you used when you placed the order.
Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit within 14 days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
 
Warranty
Our Part manufacturer warranty is 12 Months from date of invoice or receiving of product if order online, unless specified otherwise. All parts must be fitted by qualified auto mechanic to maintain the warranty.
All Window Regulator Switches warranty period are 3 Months.
All Halogen Bulbs are no warranty.
Our part warranty cover part only and will not cover installation labour cost or services provided by a third party.
We will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury suffered as a result of any person failing to follow instructions relating to usage or installation of product, material and/or product modifications, failing to appropriately maintain or store them or using them for an unintended purpose(s).
 
Warranty Claim
In case of product faulty claim, you will need to send the item back to be conducted an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to the manufacturer or their repair agent. The products that are likely to require assessment include electrical and specially procured items. The assessment may take up to 2-6 weeks.
We will notify you of the outcome as soon as the assessment has been complete.
The warranty claim process is normally take 3 to 5 Business days of receiving item or after assessment completed.
