As stated in title there is a scroll wheel issue where it goes up when scrolling down and vice versa. There is also no receiver included. Apart from the scroll wheel, rest of the mouse is fully functional. You will be receiving the mouse, charging cable and box. Please see photos to verify everything for yourself. Thank you
