Genuine WW2 era K98 parade bayonet. Many of these were made pre WW2 and private purchased by officers and used in the field. This one displays all the signs of hard military use with obvious signs of use of the butt as a hammering tool. The quiilion also snapped off on purpose or by heavy use. The maker markings show the excellent Solingen maker EMIL VOOS with the snake symbol. Bayonet is still firm and nothing is loose. Suitable for a collector wanting a well used German popular WW2 era bayonet made in Germany.
