1979 Press Photo Cream of coconut on top of Pear Tart Supreme - nob17670

This is an original press photo. Tart topper. Cream of coconut liqueur adds a tangy flavor to Pear Tart Supreme. Whip 1 15-ounce container ricotta cheese until smooth and glossy. Add 3/4 cup cream of coconut liqueur; mix well. Fold in 1 tablespoon each candied fruit and mini chocolate bits. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Spread ricotta filling evenly onto prepared pastry 9-inch pie shell. Place 6-8 drained pear halves over filling. Bruch with hot apricot preserves. Decorate with chocolate curls. Photo measures 8 x 10.25 inches. Photo is dated 05-03-1979.
