World War II WW2 Genuine Anti-Aircraft Shrapnel with Imperial War Museum Artwork.

A WW2 genuine piece of anti-aircraft shrapnel that had been unearthed by metal detectorists @gloucestershire_detectorists. Found in the fields of Gloucestershire, every piece of shrapnel is different and unique.

The shrapnel is presented in a box frame along with an image from the Imperial War Museum (IWM) archives which is used in licence from the IWM. This is a copyright image and we have the rights to use it for this unique piece of history. The image is a depiction of two British anti-aircraft guns, operated by British soldiers, firing in to the night sky. Below the image it states: ‘A British Anti-Aircraft battery in action. More than 590 German raiders have been destroyed by anti-aircraft fire over Britain’.

On the rear of the frame, it provides the information of the IWM image and where/how it was found.

This is a great piece of history beautifully presented in the box frame ready to hang in any home, office or man cave!
