I’m sure you know what you’re looking at if you’ve ‘clicked through’ this far but I’ve provided the following stock description / features, based on the manufacturer’s website (bike.shimano.com) for general reference: 

SHIMANO's low profile SW-R9150 climbing switches can be mounted anywhere on the handlebar for quick access to shifting in any riding position. Each button's function can be programmed individually through the E-TUBE app or program for total customization.

Purchased [on ebay] for my current steed but subsequently realised I only had one spare connection port, hence the set being available again!
