This is the Russian VHS video for "The Mummy" "МУМИЯ" starring Brendan Fraser. I bought this some years ago from a video shop as I lived in Russia back in the Early 90's and wanted it as as a keepsake on my "Russia Shelf." The spine of the case says VHS PAL but I'm not not sure if this is PAL or SECAM. It is not the US NTSC standard normal playable on our VCRs video. I have included some pictures of what it looks like when I pop it into my VCR. It alternates between a partial black/white picture and then many lines of picture. So definitely not the USA standard.
