This beautifully crafted candle holder is made from 925 Sterling Silver with a weight of 139.2g. With an elegant, simple plain polished finish the hallmark that shows the assay mark for Birmingham Assay Office, the lion passant confirming the fineness of the metal and the date letter 'u' for the year 1919. Unfortunately, the makers mark is slightly worn so it is not possible to make an accurate identification.

The diameter of the base is 7.5cm, the diameter of the top is 4.5mm and it stands 14.5cm tall. It will take a candle with the maximum diameter of 1.8cm. In fair condition with  some bruising and marks commensurate with age and use.
