Comics was a publication in the format of soft cover books published weekly in
Argentina by Grupo Clarín to be distributed exclusively in newspaper kiosks in
Argentina.The collection provides readers with access to the first Superman
stories in the Golden Age of comic-books in chronological order, and is based
on the first eight volumes of Superman Chronicles compiled by DC Comics.The
stories were translated by Anna Fonoll Branchadell and Ana Cariola, and each
volume had a prologue by the Argentine cartoonist Alejo García Valdearena. The
printing was in charge of Artes Graficas Rioplatense S.A.
