Photo frame designed by Ettore Sottsass, released by Sera fino Zani, an Italian stainless steel cookware manufacturer in the 1990s.

There is only one piece of glass to insert a card, so a thin acrylic sheet is inserted on the back side.

There are chips on some upper and lower corners of the marble stand, so please check the pictures.

Ettore Sottsass

Born in Innsbruck, Austria in 1917. After graduating from the Department of Architecture at the Politecnico di Torino, he opened a studio.

In the 1950s, he became chief advisor for industrial design at Olivetti, where he worked on the first computer, the "Area 9003," and the famous typewriter, the "Valentine.

In 1980, he opened Sottsass Associates with Marco Zanini and others. The following year, in 1981, he formed Memphis and became a highly influential international master who developed a radical movement that aimed at the core of design language.

He died in Milan in 2007.
