WHAT IS OXOACETAMIDE? Oxoacetamide is obtained through a chemical reaction between CARBON + CYSTEINE + OXOACETAMIDE + KERATIN. This asset was launched on the market in 2010 and today is the biggest revolution in terms of assets for temporary hair realignment.
HOW DOES K-LISS ACT ON THE THREAD? Due to its high ionicity, it interacts with the cysteine present on the external part of the hair and promotes the rupture of hydrogen bonds and also of salt bonds in the hair fiber, providing the interconversion (realignment) of sulfur bridges, this action is enhanced by heat and mechanical traction of the brush and piastre, without breaking or disconnecting these connections. This technology makes temporary straightening possible.
YIELD: 20 and 30 (1lt) applications.
STRAIGHTENING RESULT: The straightening result varies according to the characteristics of the hair, ranging from 60% reduction in volume and opening of curls in resistant ethnic hair to 100% straightening in slightly wavy hair.
How to Use:
PROGRESSIVE BRUSH WITHOUT FORMOL - ONE STEP:
1. Don't wash your hair. For very dirty hair, wash and dry 100% before starting the procedure.
2. Divide the hair into quadrants and start applying at the back of the neck. Put on gloves.
3. Apply K Liss strand by strand with a brush and comb to align the strands.
4. Pause between 20-40 minutes. Tip 1: longer break time for thick, resistant hair. Tip 2: if within 20 minutes you see that your hair has absorbed all the product, reapply K-Liss again to the driest areas. This will generally occur at the ends. Afterwards, let it rest for another 10-20 minutes.
5. After the break, divide the hair into quadrants again and align strand by strand with a fine comb and hairdryer for activation. Do not direct the heat too close to the hair, as the objective is not to dry but only to activate the product with the heat. Important tip: hair with frizzy roots, use a hairdryer and a comb, pulling the roots well, to intensify
6. In the sink, wash with water, removing only the excess product, approximately 50%.
7. Remove moisture well with a towel.
8. Dry the hair and brush.
9. Iron the straightener (use a matte-coated flat iron), strand by strand, 10 to 15 times per strand, more often at the roots and less at the length and ends.
10. FINAL RESULT: Extremely shiny and straight hair!
Comments:
Do not tie your hair up for 24 hours.
Wash your hair at least 12 hours later. On very frizzy hair, apply K-Liss, dry, brush and straighten, without rinsing the product.
Afterwards, rinse and finish as desired.
FOR CURLY AND RESISTANT HAIR:
1. Wash your hair with shampoo and dry it 100%.
2. Divide the hair into quadrants and start applying at the back of the neck. Put on gloves.
3. Apply K Liss strand by strand with a brush and comb to align the strands.
4. Pause for 30 to 60 minutes.
5. After the break, dry with a hairdryer and comb. Brush and iron (use with a matte coating), in thin strands, 10 to 15 times.
6. Rinse and use a conditioner or treatment cream. Then rinse again.
7. Finish the hair by drying. If you prefer, use the brush to shape the ends.
FOR OPENING CURLS AND VOLUME REDUCTION:
1. Wash your hair with shampoo and remove moisture with a towel.
2. Divide the hair into quadrants and start applying at the back of the neck. Put on gloves.
3. Apply K Liss strand by strand with a brush and comb to align the strands.
4. Pause 30 minutes.
5. After the break, divide the hair into quadrants again and align strand by strand with a fine comb and hairdryer for activation. Do not direct the heat too close to the hair, as the objective is not to dry but to activate the product with heat.
6. In the sink, wash with water, removing only the excess product (more or less 50%).
7. Finish by modeling or activating the curls with the Seiva Natural Curl Modeler.
