For instance, people aspire to become the Presidents of nations, Governors of states, Chairmen of local governments, ministers, commissioners, spiritual heads of religion groups, chief executive officers of companies, heads of departments, heads or directors of institutions, vice chancellors of universities, and rectors of Polytechnics among endless other elevated positions of authorities. All the endless positions of authorities so revered by subordinates under them demand having adequate preparations to stay at the top and manage with success. No leader desire crises-laden reign in office. Every leader has the intention of leaving lasting legacies behind after leaving the offices. They intent to leave the offices better than they met them. They desire to leave in the minds of the people under them till eternity having their footprints on the sands of time. With this in mind, many leaders, at all departments and institutions, particularly the public administrators in politicians and the registered political parties, are failing woefully for their failure to prepare adequately well for the challenges ahead in the offices being aspiring for. The work is target all aspirants to all positions in politics, business and other facets of lives teaching them how to prepare ahead to have successful tenure of office.
