Author Biography

Kalá del Sol has dedicated her existence to understand her own suffering and that of others, to unravel the obstacles that keep us from enjoying fully the miracle of being alive. Through her search and insights as well as through timeless millenary teachings, she has found keys to unfold a Process for Clarity of Consciousness, developing her own Spiritual Psychotherapy Process that alleviates the mind and allows us to live as Conscious Beings with our soul in peace. Kalá spent long periods in Asia, mainly in India, engaged in learning Advaita, Taoism and Zen Bhuddism. She has a Degree in Psychology, UBA, and has trained in a broad range of therapeutic methods both conventional, alternative and spiritual. Born and bred in Corrientes, Northeastern Argentina,30 years ago she moved to Ibiza, where she lives with her family.
