You can return any underwear back to us for a full refund or exchange under the condition that the seal is intact (unbroken) or there is a manufacturing fault with the item.
For hygiene purposes, underwear cannot be returned if the package seal is broken. - GENERAL:
This product is pre-packed in the manufacturers packing and will require a light steam iron to remove creases if required. - RETURNS:
You are entitled to a full refund on most items provided that they have been returned within 30 days of delivery and adhere to the conditions below. For hygiene reasons, unless the product is found to be faulty, we cannot offer refunds/exchanges on underwear if the original packaging seal has been opened.
Additionally, if you chose an Expedited/Priority delivery service when you purchased, you will be only be refunded the postage cost for our Standard service.
