TEAC EQA-22 Graphic Stereo Equalizer Left Channel Not Working For Parts/ Repair

Spectrum Display and Right Channel working but the Left Channel does not seem to light up in the front display.

Cosmetically very clean and minimal wear.  Seems to be visually in great condition as pictures show.
