Stunning! 100% authentic - just view the photos! I am sorry for the lighting glare. I love this cuff! This was custom-made for me by the artist. Pamela does not sign her work but this is a classic design of her's. The top is a deer antler crown with a sterling silver concho. It is mounted on sterling silver with a brass overlay. I have large Men's wrists and this almost fits me (it can be closed to accomodate smaller wrists). It measures 7" around including the 1.25" gap. The crown measures 2.75" wide and 3" tall.
