LionMaster locomotives are fully featured with a level of detailing, including many separately applied parts, unsurpassed by any other line of semi-scale sized locomotives. Great care is taken when designing the proportions of each LionMaster locomotive to ensure that they look correct and run well. Features for this include a powerful maintenance-free motor, TrainMaster Command Control equipped—able to run in Command Control Mode or in Conventional Transformer Control Mode, RailSounds sound system, Odyssey System for speed control, a wireless Tether connection between locomotive and tender, directional lighting including operating headlight, classification lights and operating back-up light on tender, electrocoupler on rear of tender, two traction tires, smoke unit, die-cast metal locomotive body, pilot and trucks, die-cast metal tender body and trucks, separately applied metal details, accurate, separately applied builder’s plates, authentically detailed cab interior, cab window glass, engineer and fireman figures.

This UP Lionmaster 4-6-6-4 Challenger Steam Locomotive is in overall excellent condition, as the surfaces of both the locomotive and tender have a few light nicks and scratches throughout their bodies. Railings on the front platform are bent. A deep scratch is present on the roof of the cab. Additionally, the bodies of both items show a few light spots of paint wear and chips throughout their bodies and underframes. A noticeable black scuff mark is present on one bottom corner of the back of the cab. There is a small plastic piece that has broken off from the locomotive that is included in the box. Light dust has collected on their surfaces, so the overall appearance of these items may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. Wheels and rolling pickups show light signs of wear from previous use. The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included. Check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Excellent.
