Instructions for use: Do not wash the mushroom ear, cut the mushroom ear horizontally into small slices or use the whole ear:
For direct cooking: Use about 7 g - 10 g of mushrooms in 1.5 - 2 liters of water, boil until boiling, reduce heat and continue cooking for about 10 - 15 minutes. Cook again 1 or 2 times to release all the medicinal properties of the lingzhi. Use as daily drinking water
