This is for a 2003 Blue Sky Halloween Ghost Candle Tea Light Holder Clay Works by Heather Goldminc. The ghost has a magnet on bottom to make is move. Trick or Treat Ghost hanging from a haunted tree. Measures approx 6" tall and 4" wide. Very Nice Condition. Still has original tags on it - looks new. Does have Heather Goldminc's name on it so don't know if that is considered signed by artist.
