he Footmedics Basic Heel Elevators can be applied to a wide range of orthotics to provide an extra lift at the back of the shoe, which can be used for self-treatment of conditions such as leg length discrepancy, chillies tendonitis injuries and also to help promote good foot posture.

The basic heel elevators are firm heel inserts which are used to raise the height of the heel. This may be needed to correct leg length discrepancy, treating Achilles injuries or simply to promote good posture.

Available in multiple heel heights: 4mm,6mm,8mm,10mm,12mm and 15mm to allow for gradual reduction in heel lift dependency to improve muscle tissue recovery and strength.

With the adhesive sticky backing, they can be secured down under a removable orthotic insole or directly onto the footbed of the shoe to provide a secure, non-slip application.

Made with a high density foam to provide unparalleled and long lasting support, meaning the inserts will reduce impact to the feet and will also last longer before ‘crushing out’ and need replacing.
