Order Information--Pictures are examples to show possible variation in shape and size. Each plant will look a bit different. Please watch your estimated delivery date and tracking information so you will be prepared to plant your order soon after arrival. These are living plants that should not sit in a hot mailbox all day, or wait a long time to be planted. We ship plants that are dormant or just breaking dormancy (looks like sticks with roots), which is proven to reduce the risk of transplant shock at their new location. Our job is to ensure healthy plants are delivered to our buyer's door. Once in our buyer's care, we can't control, or be responsible for every condition they become exposed to. If there is a problem, contact us within two weeks. We believe two weeks is enough time to have a buyer contact us if something was wrong with the condition of their plants upon delivery. To help you figure out your USDA zone's recommended planting times, we include a calendar in our listing. Since ebay does not allow us to hold orders, or selectively ship by planting zone dates, make sure your order will be received within those recommended dates. We can't refund or replace orders that were planted outside of those times. Bareroot plants can take 4-6 weeks to sprout and wake up from dormancy. Ebay provides estimated delivery dates in the listing, so you can have that information before you make your purchase.
