This is a Vintage House Dress Smock Nylon Kasack "Work Chic" White Front Pockets.
This was my mother's House Dress that she bought in Germany in the 1960s. She wore them to protect her clothes when she would clean the house.
The smock is in good vintage condition, but a small portion of the bottom hem is coming out and one of the buttonholes is frayed.
