Blue White Jars Vase Asian Inspired Painting Print Canvas Silver Chunky Frame

Wonderful vintage oil painting or print with oil or painting brush strokes in place. I am mentioning that because the canvas is so new and crisp as noted on the back. Unsure if original painting or a print with painted on brush strokes.  Large chunky silver wood frame measuring 24.5" by 20.5". The artwork is 10" by 12".  Features blue white vases, ginger jars in Asian patterns.  Signed bottom right hand corner but illegible to me.  Condition issues include frame showing some black lines and marks, see photos. Canvas is in good condition with no damage.
