Taken from a 2010 Ford F-150, but I'm sure this was used in other models (such as E-series Econoline vans, or some Taurus models), and model years, as well--look at all pictures, and check your applications BEFORE you buy. This does NOT fit all models and all model years!   

Condition is above average, for it's age. The base is intact and not cracked or broken in any way. The lens is intact, also, but has very light scratches from typical use. The wiring terminals and light bulb terminals are reasonably clean. This light has been tested and works as it should. Includes a used, working light bulb.
