In my personal opinion, the Overall Condition of the painting is Very Good. It does show normal / average signs of aging & wear.
The frame is period matching.
It shows some normal wear from use & display. ( nicks, dings, scratches, scuffs, etc.. )
Still a very nice frame which perfectly compliments the artwork.
Cosmetic condition is as pictured.
