We cannot confirm the authenticity of any items being sold.

We retain the right to cancel this auction at any time up to and including the time of collection.

We do not remove items from the room prior to auction, other than personal items.

This is for collection only at Heathrow TW5.

Payment to be made on collection, but before entering the room, by card only.

Items must be collected within 7 days of the winning bid.You will also need to pay an additional £100.00 deposit on arrival. This will be refunded once our store team have checked the room to confirm that it is clear this payment will need to be paid by card only.

Full clearance must be within 48 hours of the initial visit.

Collection is available 7 days a week 10am to 3pm.

The items are sold as we find them ,no refund is available.

You must contact the seller to arrange collection.

If any personal effects with names on do appear then please hand into the store employee.

Credit / Debit Card Payment Only

Full payment via card is required prior to room access.

An additional £100 deposit will also be taken via card and refunded once the store team have checked that the room has been cleared and nothing has been left behind.
