Mainland UK (Excluding some parts of Scotland and all Islands)	Please contact us for Delivery charges - If you can email us with your postcode then we can let you know delivery costs - We try to stay as competitive as we can - or you can arrange your own collection.  Scotland and other Isles - please also contact for Delivery charges.
Collection free of charge Please call to arrange a collection	Can be taken on a pallet or individually as required.

COLLECTIONS

We require 24 hours? notice before collection to arrange for your item to be available

Collections from our Showroom can be made between the following times:

Monday to Friday - 08.30am to 4.30pm

Saturday - 10.00am to 2.00pm ? (9.00am to 12.00pm during summer opening hours)

Please advise us when you are coming especially if it is outside these times.

 

PAYMENT

All payments whether by Paypal, BACS or Credit Card must be cleared into our account before despatch or collection

If you are unsure of the amount to pay please use the 'Request Total From Seller' button and we will send you an amended Invoice

Delivery to mainland UK can take between 3-5 days - some Highland areas a little longer

Delivery will be to the nearest hard surface, our couriers are not covered to take items on to a property, please ensure there is someone available to accept the goods.

If the courier attempts to deliver your item and has to leave a card you must contact the courier direct

If the delivery is refused for any reason then you will be liable both for the original delivery and the subsequent return costs

If we have had an item returned due to non-communication on your part or an incorrect /incomplete address you will be responsible for both the original delivery and the subsequent return costs

 REPORTING DAMAGE

Please check all items for any signs of damage to the packaging

If the packaging is damaged note this accordingly when signing for the goods

Damage in transit claims can only be made if

1) The delivery note has been signed 'DAMAGED' next to signature

2) We have been informed of the damage within 24 hours of the delivery

Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this as the couriers will not process a claim for damage in transit unless the item is signed for as damaged and they are notified by us of a problem immediately

Please note: Signing the delivery documents as 'Unchecked' is not acceptable

WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ITEMS ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT OUR PREMISES. 

ANY PROBLEM MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY,

OTHERWISE WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY. 

HOWEVER, WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR UTMOST TO RESOLVE ANY PROBLEMS FAIRLY.
