1982 Press Photo Theodore Braam Has Solar Water Heater In His House In Wisconsin

This is an original press photo. Theodore Braam, 6011 N. Milwaukee River Pkwy., Glendale, is one of 300 homeowners who have purchased solar water heaters from Wisconsin Electric Power Co. The utility has been selling the units, at a cost of $2,795, since 1980 to create consumer interest in the method. "It works every day the sun is shining and even when its cloudy."
