All of our orders are shipped via Parcelforce or Royal Mail.
Failed delivery attempts will be carded, and shown on the courier-tracking page. You must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection. Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery.
We are unable to offer any combined shipping discounts; multiple items may be dispatched separately. We do not offer a collection service from our eBay operation.

Returns
Returns will be accepted as long as:
- The order is returned within 30 days
- The product is genuinely faulty or it is in pristine condition in it's original packaging.
