From my own personal collection.  This is a beautiful bashful Art Deco lady fairy flower frog.  There are 6 holes in the base.   It is marked Germany 5621.  I believe she was made in the 1920's.

She is in very nice vintage condition.  

Measures approx 7 1/2 inches tall and the widest point is 3.5 inches at the base.
