Very rare and exceptionally beautiful, ca1890’s Hand Blown, Mary Gregory decorated Green colored, Victorian Glass Barber Bottle.

This stunningly beautiful Barber Bottle / Hair Tonic Bottle measures approx. 10" tall (including its sprinkler-type stopper) and 2 3/4” in diameter at the base. The Bottle has a tooled lip and rough, open pontil. It is made of a stunningly beautiful, light green color glass and is beautifully and delicately decorated in the style of Mary Gregory Glass using white enamel and depicting a young woman dancing. The image of the dancing girl is surrounded by delicate, floral designs and there is a single sprig of flowers on the back side.

Both the Bottle and the enamel decoration are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or damage of any kind to the glass itself. The decoration is also exceptionally well preserved with no wear or loss. The Bottle came to us with a period, pewter sprinkler-style Barber Bottle stopper which may or may not be original to the Bottle but fits it well.

A stunningly beautiful and exceptionally well preserved, hand blown, Mary Gregory-type decorated Green Glass Barber Bottle and a fantastic addition to any collection!!!

Important Notes about Shipping Charges:

The amount quoted for Shipping & Handling is calculated by eBay and is equal to the EXACT amount charged by the Post Office plus a $1.00 "packing fee" - the $1.00 fee is our only compensation for the virgin packing materials we use on all of our professionally packaged boxes as well as our cost for the salaried help that does most of our packing - as I am sure you can see, we make NO profit on the Shipping charges and, in fact, our costs are usually greater than the $1.00 fee. Please contact us if there are any issues regarding the cost of shipping.
