I think it's not been used, with only marks from storage.

It is an accessory for the Heath Jeans, which won the competition for the oldest pair of Levis jeans in private hands and was sold as a limited edition by LVC, I think in 2006 as that is when the booklet was made. The booklet explains the LVC concept.

Comes with a signed letter explaining the Heath concept

Also the original tag for the 36 X 34 Heath jeans

I think this may be a folder maybe for the jeans more than bag due to the strap - it seems to be put on in such a way that it would be hard to use as a carrying strap?

There are slots at the top for it too, pictured, with paper knife showing one
