There may have been a few threads hanging on the hem and sleeve cuff but overall it is in good condition. Sometimes the snowflakes stick to each other and have to be pulled apart due to what they are made of I guess.

I measure using a seamstress tape. It measure 16" pit to pit, 26" from shoulder to cuff hem and the train measured over 60" (see pics).  The dress measured 49 inches from shoulder to hem.
