In good condititon for its age! Produced around 1900, silver plated, with some stains on the inside of the bowl and a bit on the bottom.  The clawed griffin legs are wonderful - one has been repaired probably decades ago, but I think it makes this metalwork piece that much more interesting.Who was the craftsman who put the effort into such an amazing 'fix'?
Originally it came with a glass bowl insert, now long gone.
The lacey metalwork pattern is lovely, as is the beaded look handle.
About 4 1/4" across the top, 3 1/4" tall.
