The Toys “R” Us exclusive retool of Beast Wars Transformers Ultra Class Megatron - originally released as part of a two-pack alongside a similarly retooled Optimus Primal in 2006 celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Beast Wars cartoon. 

The figure comes complete with both waist missiles as well as the “poisonous paralyzer fluid” water-squirting gun accessory.  All gimmicks are fully functional.
