Dinky Toys 39f Studebaker State Commander.

This is a very unusual Dinky 39f with yellow body, smooth black hubs, black tires and unmarked black sheet metal base. This variation is not cataloged, and yellow is only mentioned as a pre-war color, so this item is very unusual and extermely scarce as such. 

The toy appears original, complete and in used/chipped but very presentable condition.
