It includes original box and original instructions 

Set is 100% complete apart from 2 grey 2x4 plates have been substituted with black, these are on the small boat and do not affect the build at all.

It has over 600 pieces and includes 9 minifigures, 5 of which were unique to this set.

The main sales are in superb condition but as can be seen in photo the red and white one has frayed very slightly but could easily be trimmed.

Quite a lot of the white bricks have fading on one or more sides. I have taken photos to show you some of these so that you can see how it looks on the set. Some of these you could turn around so that they don't look bad or they could be replaced. (I haven't replaced these because I want to keep the set original) There is playwear on some bricks which is to be expected on a lego set which is 31 years old. The raised based plate does not sit completely flat, it is still suitable to build on and once fully built and clipped together it is fine. There is also a small crack in the side of the base which doesn't affect the set. The 2 base plates when clipped together look different shades of blue but I believe they were like that from new due to being different styles of base. 

The box is in really nice condtion with minor scuffs on edges and a mark on back where tape has been torn off. Sadly it does not include its inner plastic tray or cardboard divide.
