SHIPPING
Most of our items ship free. The only way we can be competitive is to use USPS first class and priority. Due to the covid pandemic shipping times vary. Most times 3-5 days is the norm. Lately 2-3 weeks hasnt been out of the realm of possibility. Covid is causing employee shortages nation wide and shipping logistics is not immune. Our policy is 21-30 days (depending on carrier) before we will refund or replace items. This policy is used by many major retailers. If the package is clearly moving during these times this process will be delayed. (cant file insurance if package is moving). Please do not leave negative feedback for us for reasons out of our control.
