I am just a casual collector of Birds and Philippines stamps who accumulated various stamps I don't collect and duplicates over the years.   I will be listing them hoping that they find homes with people that need them. 

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment in full must be done within 14 days.  Please let me know if there will be any issues so arrangement could be made before the deadline.

SHIPPING

Shipping within the US is $1.75 and $3.50 for all other countries unless noted otherwise.  Will be shipped First Class mail at buyers own risk unless Tracking is requested at additional price.  Total purchase of $75.00 or more will be sent by US by Priority Mail for $7.50 and an additional $15.00 by Registered Mail outside of the US. 

I will combine shipping; additional .25c for each small item and .50 for pages and FDC. Discount on shipping and handling are only for invoiced items. Please wait for the invoice. Orders may be combined for up to two weeks.

Let me know before paying the invoice if you require special shipping services such as tracking, insurance, registration, etc; these services are available for extra charges.

RETURN POLICY

14 days after receiving the item/s.  Buyer pays for return shipping costs unless item/s is/are not described correctly or damaged in shipment.  Full refund will be given minus Postage and Handling fees. Please pack properly and return in original condition.  Returns not allowed on LOTS or COLLECTIONS.
