Hello, this auction is for an Awesome Stunning Vintage Sterling Silver JAI John Hardy Round and Marquis Shaped Faceted Amethyst and Blue Topaz Gemstones Prong set in a Heart Shaped Pendant/Enhancer ( Bail opens as shown to accommodate adding to a beaded necklace ) Necklace on a stunning bright finished made in Italy marked .925 (Sterling) 24"  1.5mm box chain as pictured . The heart pendant measures approx. 1-3/8" including the enhancer bail by 1-1/16" wide . Great condition - possibly never worn . I believe this is a retired item . Great find to gift or wear !
