Acceptable condition: signed by the author on the title page.

Heavy  scuffing along edges, corners, spine shoulders, and cover. Cloth has spotting, and soiling.  Lettering on the spine is faded.   1 page is dog-eared. Spine cover shows glue from repair (see photos).   Head and tail of the spine are turned, scuffed, chipped and frayed. No noticeable marks with a quick flip thru the text. Corners are bumped and fraying, boards are visible.
