The holder has it's original cup but it is stuck inside with wax, needs to be heated to remove and clean.
Fully functional and heavy for it's size and is solid brass.
This item is antique and very well made, however I cannot be approximate with dates. I do assume it is dated around 19c.
I also do not know what county it was made or any manufacture, but looks very English.
