Examples of use:

For body care: apply in the morning or evening after washing, before bedtime, to areas such as chest, neck, back, arms, legs and feet. Rub 2-4 drops of oil into the body for general refreshment or to eliminate unpleasant sweat odour.

Feelings of fatigue and tiredness: Massage 2-4 drops of oil into the forehead, temples, scalp or shoulders. Gives a refreshing effect.

For athletes: apply a few drops of the oil before and after exercise, on parts of the body such as calves, feet, shoulders and thighs. It brings relief to tired muscles. Apply before hiking and mountain climbing and this can be repeated after exercise or mountain hiking.

For foot care: a few drops of foot bath oil to relieve heavy, burning feet and to get rid of unpleasant odours.

For massage: in combination with vegetable oils e.g. argan or coconut. This type of massage is carried out after bathing, showering or exercising.

For oral care: disinfects the mouth and leaves fresh breath. For bad breath, add 2 drops of oil to water and rinse mouth.

Important:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and in undiluted form with mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of small children. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age . Essential and fragrance oils increase skin sensitivity-do not use tanning beds or expose to direct sunlight after application.
