LANGKAH 1 : PERAP
Perap ayam dengan tepung bestari selama setengah jam. Cara perap tu agak-agak ayam banyak mana kemudian bancuh dengan air. (Jangan letak garam /perasa sebab tepung bestari ni dah cukup masin). Lagi lama ayam diperap, lagi rasa juicy tau! Tapi kalau tak nak cepat, perap dalam 10 minit pon dah okay. Ikut pada kerajinan nak menunggu.
LANGKAH 2 : SALUT TEPUNG KERING
Ambil tepung kering (menggunakan tepung bestari jugak) masukkan ke dalam bekas yang besar sebab senang nak gaul ayam nanti. Ambil ayam yang dah diperap tadi dan masukkan ke dalam tepung kering. Kita gaul sama rata. Pastikan tekap ayam dengan tepung bagi tepung tu bersalut dengan ayam .
LANGKAH 3 : CELUP DENGAN AIR
Seterusnya lepas ni kita akan perlukan satu bekas air sejuk @ air paip. Lepas tu masukkan ayam yang bersalut tepung tadi ke dalam. Celup ayam bertepung tadi sekejap dalam 2 saat.
LANGKAH 4 : TOSKAN
Lepas tu angkat ayam yang terendam tadi dan toskan.
LANGKAH 5 : SALUT TEPUNG KERING SEKALI LAGI
Lepas tu masuk semula dalam tepung kering dan gaulkan. Tepung kena banyak ye jangan sikit nanti tak jadi kerinting ayam.
LANGKAH 6 : GORENG
Akhir sekali, goreng ayam dalam minyak panas. Oh ya, untuk goreng ayam ni saya pilih untuk goreng dalam periuk sebab kejadian ayam bila digoreng akan jadi lebih cantik.
