Measurement from top of back collar to bottom hem 

Measurement of sleeve from shoulder seam to bottom cuff (if no shoulder seam on item then measurement is from neck seam to bottom cuff)

Vintage sizes may vary from Modern sizes.  Please check all measurements before purchasing to make sure this will fit you.  Good idea to compare measurements to clothes you already own.
