Originally this cup had a lid.
As you can see, there is a flat chip on the front edge of the saucer. I can't see it from the back. There are no cracks caused by the chipping on either the front or back.
There are two chips on the rim of the cup (one is extremely small), and there is a spot on the bottom of the handle where the gold color has come off.
It is an antique that has been made for 200 to 250 years.
Despite this, there is no dull impression at all, and the cobalt, gold, and flower paintings are all perfect in terms of luster and color, and it is no wonder that they were just completed.
