Tibi Fairfax Gingham Tie Sleeve Cropped Wool Blend, Designer brand top. In pre-owned condition, there are some stains (I believe from makeup) that I didn't try to take off. It says professional dry clean only (so I didn't touch it) the stains are barely noticeable (see last 3 pictures) I wish it fit me (otherwise I would keep for myself)
