These are Size 4 & should fit:

If smaller hips, then it fits a pre-pregnancy pants size of 24+

If smaller waist, then it fits a pre-pregnancy pants size of 22 & 24+

If pregnant with multiples, then it fits a pre-pregnancy pants size of 16 to 24+
