The box is in good shape but does have wear and tear and some frayed edges, the jewel case has small cracks.
This is not complete, it has the manual, game disc, jewel case, and the Read Me first manual.
It appears to be missing the keyboard controls card. I don't usually count registration cards or catalogue for completeness (some do) but those are missing as well.
